In a press release issued on October 10, 2024, Saab AB disclosed that its U.S. subsidiary, Saab North America, Inc., had received a subpoena from the DOJ requesting information about the Brazilian government’s acquisition of 36 Gripen E/F fighter aircraft for its air force.
