GE Healthcare Technologies Inc. (GE Healthcare), headquartered in Chicago, is a global medical technology, pharmaceutical diagnostics, and healthcare digital solutions company whose common stock trades on the Nasdaq under the ticker GEHC. GE Healthcare spun-off from General Electric Co. on January 3, 2023.

In its 10-Q filed on October 31, 2023, GE Healthcare disclosed that the company had, with the assistance of outside counsel, made voluntary self-disclosures to the DOJ and SEC beginning in 2018 regarding tender irregularities and other potential violations of the FCPA relating to its activities in certain provinces in China. The company said it was fully cooperating with the reviews by both agencies and had begun to implement enhancements to its compliance policies and practices.
