Stryker Corporation is a Michigan corporation that manufactures and distributes medical devices and products in more than 100 countries around the world. The company's common stock is registed with the SEC and traded on the New York Stock Exchange.

In its 10-Q filed on May 2, 2023, Stryker disclosed that it was currently investigating whether certain business activities in a foreign country violated the FCPA. The company said it had engaged outside counsel to conduct the investigation, and following contact from the DOJ and SEC, it said it was cooperating with both agencies.

In its 10-Q filed on May 2, 2025, Stryker disclosed that the DOJ had informed the company on April 1 that it was closing its investigation with no further action.

The SEC investigation appears to be ongoing.
