In its 10-Q filed on November 2, 2022, AJG disclosed that it had received a subpoena from the FCPA Unit of the DOJ during the third quarter of 2022 seeking information related to the company's insurance business with public entities in Ecuador. AJG said it was fully cooperating with the investigation.
