Pfizer Inc. is a global pharmaceutical company that discovers, develops, manufactures and markets prescription medicines for humans and animals. Pfizer is incorporated in Delaware and is headquartered in New York. Its securities are registered with the SEC, and its common stock trades on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “PFE.”

In its 10-Q filed on November 7, 2019, Pfizer disclosed that it received document requests from the DOJ in June 2019 and from the SEC in September 2019 relating to the company's operations in Russia. Pfizer said it was producing records pursuant to these requests.

The 10-K filed on February 22, 2024, appears to include the last mention of the investigation, so barring any future disclosures, the investigation is likely closed. The Clearinghouse will continue to monitor Pfizer's filings for any further disclosures.
